Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. In the course of a year she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her collection. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could get her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished third in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness even though she not having any expectations. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel loves working out your lower back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. This is accomplished by setting all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day and another days heavy weight.
